You have the right to request correction of inaccurate data. If your address or identity information is incorrect, contact our support team via the in-app messaging system; our team will review your correction request and update records if the correction is valid.
You have the right to request account closure and data deletion. If you request account closure, we will disable your login and prevent further deposits and withdrawals. However, we retain your transaction history and identity records for a minimum of seven years to comply with financial regulations, anti-money-laundering requirements, and tax reporting obligations. We do not delete these records even after account closure.

Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this privacy notice from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or platform features. We will notify you of material changes by email to your registered address or by posting a notice on pakdetoto. Your continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated privacy policy.

Our privacy practices reflect our commitment to transparency and data protection. We collect only data necessary for account verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell your information, do not track you across the internet, and do not share your data with third parties except as required for platform operation or law enforcement. Your pakdetoto account balance, transaction history, and game activity remain your property and remain protected under our standard encryption and access controls.
